Access Instructions

  • Visit www.getrealconference.com
  • Select “Click For Access” on First Banner
  • You will be directed to enter your email address and Conference Access Code
  • Conference Access Code: grvirtual21 (password is case sensitive)
  • Once authenticated, you will be passed into the Virtual Conference Platform

Audio Issues

  • Select “Unmute” in the Video Player
  • Please ensure your Device Audio is turned on.
  • Please check the Audio/Volume level in the video player. The volume control will be found in the bottom right corner of the video player.
  • Check any peripheral/Bluetooth/external speaker connections on your Device.
  • Please Restart your Device.

Video Issues

  • Workshop Videos: Please scroll to Top of Page to the Video Player in order to view the selected Workshop.
  • Press Play button in lower left corner of the video player.
  • Please make sure you are viewing the Content according to the Schedule (in Central Daylight Time). Content will not be available prior to their published start times.
  • Recommended Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox. Ensure your browser is up-to-date.
  • Ensure your Operating System on your Device is up-to-date.
  • Please Restart your Device.

Seeing a Black Screen?

  • If you are on a Public or Shared Internet network, please try using Cellular Data or another Internet source.
  • Please disable any Parental Controls on your Device.
  • Disable VPN access to see if Video is Restored.
  • Please Restart your Device.
