If you share your account with a business partner or spouse, you must each have a convention ticket assigned to your name.

The Neora Store accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No cash or checks.

This is yet to be determined. We must have at least 25 requests per language to provide translation services.

For General Sessions, we ask that attendees dress in business casual attire. No shorts, T-shirts, torn jeans or flip-flops. Comfortable shoes and a light jacket are recommended.

Yes, we will celebrate the end of another great conference with our Neora White Party on Saturday evening. Join us on Saturday evening at the Anaheim Convention Center in all white attire.

Yes, you may bring guests to the Neora White Party.

Children over the age of 12 may attend the General Sessions. However, an adult MUST accompany them. Neora is excited to offer the Neora Family Room for kids 11 years and younger. Because children under 12 will not be allowed into the General Session, we will have a video stream (English only) from stage for all of the General Sessions. Children 18 and older will need to purchase an event ticket to attend General Sessions.

Yes, we will have a family room for parents of babies and children up to 11 years old. They must be accompanied by a parent at all times. There will be a TV with a video feed (English only) of our event. Parents will be required to sign a Liability Waiver upon entering. Adults must present their conference badge to enter the Family Room.

Yes, there will be food for purchase located inside the Anaheim Convention Center.

Yes, the facility is handicap accessible. Check in at the Info Desk or ask one of our friendly 
staff members if you need assistance. Please make sure to pick up your conference badge before checking in.

There will be no conference shuttles to the Anaheim Convention Center.

There are no cancellations and no refunds on event tickets. However, you can sell and assign your ticket to someone else who can attend.

Yes. You will be able to register for the next upcoming event at the conference.

At this time, workshops are to be determined.

Neora is not hosting a RRP at this event; however other Brand Partners may be hosting their own events. Check the Neora Events Calendar to see if there are any Real Results Parties being hosted in the area. We will not be processing enrollments at the convention.

No, unfortunately tickets are not sold by day. One event ticket grants you access to each General Session, along with the Neora White Party.

John Wayne Airport-Orange County (SNA) is the closest & most convenient airport to Anaheim, but you could also fly into Long Beach Airport (LGB), Ontario International Airport (ONT), or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

SNA is 15 miles, LGB is 18 miles, ONT is 35 miles, LAX is 35 miles.
