Next Thursday, September 10 at noon is the official start of Get Real Dallas, and we’re kicking off this event with a huge bang! We can’t wait to welcome you to Texas for the biggest Nerium Get Real conference to date!

Below, we’ve outlined items to assist you in making the most out of your experience.
Registration / Check In
Registration Location: Dallas Convention Center is located at 650 S. Griffin St., Dallas, TX 75202
Registration will take place in Exhibit Hall D of the Dallas Convention Center (Wednesday – Saturday morning). If you are seated at the American Airlines Center, you need to allow extra time to register at the Convention Center, and make your way to the American Airlines Center.

- Thursday, September 10: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Friday, September 11: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday, September 12: 8 AM – 12 PM
Remember that you are not officially registered for the event until you assign your ticket!
Please note: Tickets are only available for the stage at the Dallas Convention Center. Online registration will end Tuesday, September 8 at 8 AM. CDT. Beginning Wednesday, September 9 tickets can be purchased at Registration in Hall D of the Dallas Convention Center at 1 PM.
You will receive your name badge and event program at registration, which includes our schedule of events, Nerium store hours, venue map and more!

Nerium will provide the Nerium Family Room for kids 11 years and younger. Because children under 12 will not be allowed into the General Session, we will have a video stream from stage for all of the General Sessions.
The Family Room is open one hour prior to each General Session. Rooms are located at the American Airlines Center, Gentleman Jack room and at the Dallas Convention Center, Ballroom D. General Sessions will be streamed in the Family Room.

Note: Childcare is not provided. Parents are required to be present with their children 11 years and younger at all times. You must have an event ticket and your name badge to enter the Family Room.
There are a variety of concession stands and food options available at the American Airline Center and the Dallas Convention Center! Check the Get Real 2015 event app for locations and available hours.
Note: The American Airlines Center does not allow for outside food or drink, but will make an exception for medical reasons for food only, not drinks. You may enter thru the general doors and ask to speak to a supervisor. Please note that we cannot allow coolers into the building, so please bring your items in a bag or nap sack, if you need to bring food for medical reasons.
The Dallas Convention Center does not allow for outside food and drink, food deliveries, food trucks, coolers, or picnic baskets inside the convention center. Food and beverage service is available at convenient stations located throughout the facility.
Alcohol and alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted or sold at either locations.
Last chance! We are offering translation services during our General Sessions at Get Real Dallas. It is important to register for the service in advance so we can have enough equipment on hand to serve you. There is a $20 refundable cash deposit required to utilize translation headsets.
Shuttle buses are only available at all of our contracted hotels. Schedules will be posted at each hotel and the lobbies of the American Airlines Center and Dallas Convention Center. Please check the bus schedule at each hotel and plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the General Session begins.

Other Ways to Get Around
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) provides rail and bus service to and from American Airlines Center, the Dallas Convention Center and all areas close to downtown. Get information on tickets and schedules at dart.org.
Parking at American Airlines Center (AAC) is $10 a day per vehicle. Cash or credit cards are accepted for payments and there are no in and out privileges. Get Real 2015 participants can park in the AudiPark Garage (adjacent to the northeast corner of AAC) 2620 North Houston Street or the Silver Garage (0.1 miles from West entrance of AAC) and 2503 Victory Ave. More information is available here.
Dallas Convention Center (DCC) parking is $15 a day per vehicle. Cash or credit cards are accepted for payments and there are no in and out privileges. Access to the DCC parking garage and surface lots is at 650 S. Griffin St. More information is available here.

Apparel and tools will be located at both American Airlines Center and Dallas Convention Center. Please note that only credit cards are accepted and all transactions will be in U.S. dollars. There is a one-time processing fee of $3; once you have made a Nerium Store purchase, keep your receipt to avoid paying the processing fee for subsequent purchases.
What to Wear – Event Attire
General Sessions: We recommend attendees dress in business casual attire. Please refrain from wearing shorts, T-shirts, torn jeans, or flip-flops. Since rooms can get cold, we also recommend bringing a sweater. You’ll want to bring white attire for the White Party on Saturday!
Everything is bigger in Texas! Join us Saturday evening from 9 PM – 12 AM at the Dallas Convention Center to dance the night away at our over-the-top Nerium White Party! We request that attendees dress in all white and come prepared to have a great time!
Purchase your drink tickets in your back office today and save yourself from the long lines at the White Party! Pre-purchase your drink tickets by Friday, September 4 for the White Party when you register for the conference. If you’ve already purchased your ticket, log in to your Brand Partner Console and modify your purchase.
Keep in mind that beer, wine, and cocktails are $7 each and soft drinks/bottled water is $3. Please bring your ID for alcohol purchases. All food & drink purchases are CASH only. Drink tickets do not apply to food purchases.
