Conference:

Q: How do I register and assign my ticket?
A: If you are having trouble with registering or assigning your ticket, please refer to the instructional document here. 

Q: When is registration open?
A: Registration opens:

  • Wednesday, July 19 – 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 20 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, July 21 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 22 – 8 a.m. to Noon

Q: Will there be translation services provided?
A: The following translation services will be provided: American Sign Language (ASL), Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean. Please register for translations services by completing the registration survey after assigning your conference ticket. 

Q: What is the event attire?
A: For General Sessions, we ask that attendees dress in business casual attire. No shorts, T-shirts, torn jeans or flip-flops. Comfortable shoes and a light jacket are recommended.

Q: Will there be shuttle transportation for General Session?
A: Shuttle transportation will NOT be provided for General Session at the America’s Center or any of the other Get Real activities other than the White Party. Nerium International will only provide shuttle transportation during the White Party on Saturday, July 22 from 9:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. to Nerium-contracted hotels further than 6 blocks from the America’s Center.

Q: Will there be a Nerium White Party?
A: Yes, we will celebrate the end of another great conference with our Nerium White Party on Saturday at 9 p.m. featuring our live band Haute Chile and DJ Marcus Crown. Make sure to wear your WHITE party clothes!

Q: What is the Get Real Agenda?
A: Attendees are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday because the first General Session begins Thursday at noon; NMDs are required to arrive Tuesday afternoon on July 18 in time for NMD registration and the NMD Summit. Register and assign your ticket before Tuesday, July 18 to avoid a line. Please see the Agenda page for a detailed conference agenda. Times are subject to change.

Q: Will there be a Sunday Fun Day?
A: No, there will not be a Sunday Fun Day at Get Real 2017 St. Louis.

Q: What are the Nerium contracted hotels?
A: Contact Conference Direct at 888-872-8899 or click here to go to the Nerium Housing Website.

Q: Will there be concessions during the event?
A: Yes, there will be food available for purchase located in Hall 1. There will also be healthy and gluten-free grab-and-go meal options available for purchase.

Q: Are outside food and drinks allowed inside America’s Convention Center?
A: It is the venue policy that NO food or drinks be brought into the building. This includes, bottled water, snacks, coolers, coffee, etc. The facility will make an exception for medical reasons. You may enter thru the general doors and ask to speak to a supervisor. Please bring your items in a bag or nap sack.  The exception is for food only, not for drinks.

Q: Will the America’s Convention Center Complex have handicap access? Will there be a special entrance for attendees?
A: Yes, the facility is handicap accessible. Check in at the Info Desk or ask one of our friendly staff members if you need assistance. Please make sure to complete the survey after assigning your ticket to notate your accessibility needs. 

Q: What currency will be accepted at Get Real?
A: All transactions and prices are in U.S. dollars, including registration. If you are traveling from another country we suggest that you bring along a credit card that allows international transactions. Also, call you credit card company before leaving for the conference to alert them of your travel dates.

Q: Will I be able to purchase all products in the Nerium Product Store even if I live outside of the United States?
A: Yes you may purchase any product for sale in the Nerium Product Store no matter what country you reside in.

Family:

Q: Will there be a Slight Edge for Teens Workshop?
A: Yes, on Saturday, July 22 from 1 to 4 p.m at the America’s Center second floor ballroom. Limited space is available and registration is required. This workshop will show your teen how to create a philosophy of action and attitude, discover what matters most in life, deal with the challenges and obstacles of school, family and friends, and learn new ways of thinking so they can make the wisest choices in today’s fast paced world. Must be 12 to 18 years old. Check-in is at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 22 in Hall 3 of the America’s Center.

Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Nerium is excited to offer the Nerium Family Room for kids 11 years and younger. Because children under 12 will not be allowed into the General Session, we will have a video stream from stage for all of the General Sessions. If capacity allows, 12 to 17 year olds can attend General Session but must always be accompanied by a parent within the arena. Children 18 and older will need to purchase an event ticket to attend General Sessions.

Q: Will there be a Family Room at Get Real 2017?
A: Yes, we will have a family room for parents of babies and children up to 11 years old. They must be accompanied at all times by a parent. There will be a TV with a video feed of our event. Parents will be required to sign a Liability Waiver upon entering.

Business:

Q: Will there be a Real Results Party at the event?
A: Nerium International is not hosting a Real Results Party (RRP) at this event. However, other Brand Partners may be hosting their own events. Check the Nerium Events Calendar in your Online Business Center to see if there are any Real Results Parties being hosted in the area. We will not be processing enrollments at the convention.

Q: Can I get a refund on my Get Real 2017 ticket?
A: Get Real conference tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you are able to sell your ticket to someone else who can attend via social media.

Q: Will prices increase or decrease before the event?
A: Prices subject to change prior to event. Please note this event may reach capacity, so we suggest purchasing your ticket in advance. Tickets cannot be transferred to a future Nerium event and are non-refundable. All transactions and prices are in U.S. dollars.

Q: Do I have to log in to the online registration system if I already purchased my ticket?
A: Yes, all tickets, including your ticket, on your account must be assigned or transferred. Once tickets are assigned, a bar code is generated for that ticket to allow quick check-in onsite in St. Louis.

Q: Can I register for upcoming events while at Get Real 2017?
A: Yes, you will be able to register for future corporate events at the Future Nerium Event Registration kiosk. You can go to getrealconference.com or use the Nerium International Get Real mobile app to register for future corporate events.

Q: Will we be issued wristbands at this event?
A: Yes, wristbands will be given at registration to all attendees to distinguish which ticket you have purchased. Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the entire conference.

Q: Are there VIP tickets?
A: We no longer offer VIP tickets and/or perks for our events. You have the option to purchase NMD Floor or Lower Level seating tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. NMDs are required to register early on Tuesday, July 18 prior to the NMD Summit.

Q: Is there a single-day pass ticket if I can only attend one day?
A: No, tickets are not sold by day. One conference ticket assignment grants one person on the Brand Partner account access to the conference.

Q: Can I pick up a badge and wristband for another attendee?
A: You are only allowed to pick up your badge and wristband at registration. Because your identification will be checked at registration, you will not be allowed to pick up another attendee’s badge and wristband. 

Q: Can I share a conference ticket with my spouse or business partner?
A: If you share your account with a business partner or spouse, you must each have a conference ticket assigned to your name. It is one conference ticket assignment/name badge per person per account.

Q: What if I earned a complimentary ticket from the Time to Shine Promotion?
A: If you earned a complimentary ticket from the Time to Shine Promotion, you will receive an email to claim your ticket before the deadline. Those that claim their ticket will receive a confirmation email after the deadline has closed to confirm that Nerium Support is processing their complimentary ticket. The ticket will automatically be assigned to the Brand Partner ID and name that earned and claimed the complimentary ticket.

Tickets carry no cash value and cannot be transferred to another Brand Partner or event. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are also non-refundable and non-transferrable if you purchased a ticket for Get Real as a new Brand Partner during the Time to Shine promotion.
